I watched the author on Dr.Oz and ordered this book. I was expecting reviews of major vitamin/supplement manufacturers. The reviews only covered multivitamins. I am not familiar with the manufacturers or how to order their products. The only company I have dealt with is the Shaklee Corporation.. I totally believe in their products and have used them for over 30 years. This book did not help me at all. It was a waste of money and time!!!
