I like a chunky shoe and I appreciate that these don't make my wide-ish feet look like they are spilling out the sides. The footbed is very comfortable and the bottoms of my feet never feel sweaty or like they are sliding. The bottoms of the shoes are very sturdy and I can imagine they do well on most terrains (I don't hike). I have had a hard time not wearing these shoes all summer. Even with summer dresses, these give a trendy casual/sporty/dad-sneaker kind of vibe which is just overall comfortable and chic.
