Superb. Only offered them into the place these lights will eventually sit. I just need to drill a small hole at each display shelf and thread the cable through. It's easy enough to connect these lights up to the junction box which will be hidden behind my display unit. A small screw fits at either end of the light too secure them. Connect lights up, stand back and admire your display all lit up. Can be switched on and off via the rocker switch which is a good function to have. You could go one further and put the electric plug into a timed plug. Maybe the makers could add this function as an option. Only thing I don't like is the screw holes are in diagonal corners but I can live with that once fitted. Money well spent I think

Used in ikea kallax unit to light up selected sections for photos & ornaments. It replaces some multi coloured ones we bought from ikea 9 years ago that stopped working. Plenty of cable to stretch from selected cubes to light up which was an issue with others we looked at. Although these were only available in white they look love & we are very happy with them.

A BIG ordeal to get them mounted, lots of pre planning, getting extra bits like better double sided tape and cable ties but when its finished it looks amazing.

good for under cupboards kitchen/bathroom. I cut the plug and switch off so wont be returning but connected it to a separate small 6W driver. works very well. Would recommend. p;enty of white light.

Like these lights, easy to fit, used screws on some and sticky pads on others, and they stuck solid, got smart plugs as well and now they work with Alexa or set a timer, probably dearer than most, but well worth the money, made a great choice.

I've bought 7 of these lights for my detolf cabinets and kallax shelves. They are nice and bright and look excellent in the detolf cabinets, very low profile and blend with the glass if you don't mind some cable management. (I think the biggest issue is the length of the wire for each strip being the same). The adhesive sticks fine to glass and melamine, provided they are cleaned beforehand. I've delayed writing a review for this product because in the past I've bought LED lights from Amazon and after a while they either dim or stop working. Some LEDs can burn out if turned on for hours. As with the title, 1 out of 7 I've bought have recently started to flicker when turned on. The lights when they stop flickering are visibily dimmer. So I tested to see where the problem lies, since I had other sets to test with. The issue I have appears to be with the driver/plug unit. By swapping the strips with another driver, I confirmed the LEDs themselves are working perfectly, and have their full brightness. Unfortunately the drivers are not sold seperately so I will be looking to find an alternative or replacement driver.

Update 5 years later: I currently have 6 detolfs and purchased 6 brand new sets of C Frank lights so that all the lighting matches. Then you were lights are way brighter and have a great frosted diffusion over the housing. The light is evenly distributed and works perfectly in my hot toys detolf setup. The detox and these lights perfectly. I recommend getting four in zip ties as well as clear double-sided tape in order to mount the lights neat, clean and minimalist. The photos in my moody portraits are from the old lights but a similar effect can be seen in the last photo with the purple/blue clone trooper. Update 4 years later: These lights are still going strong and I have done a cleaner wire tuck on them and have the switch on the outside that way the wiring is all clean inside the detolf. Tip is to add a black cloth or curtain at the back which gives it a nice museum look. I often take photos using 2 Ulanzi lights on the sides of the figure but the upper Led lights give a perfect moody portrait look for my 1/6 scale Hot Toys figures. I love these lights and they are definitely reasonably priced even after all these years. Original Review So far I am extremely pleased with the quality of these lights they provide a nice white light color which is not too blue or too yellow. there's a very very slight yellow hint but it is not very bad at all. I'm using them to display my collection in my detolf cabinet and over all, these are perfect. the design of the light housing is clean and has options for screwing the fixture in or using double-sided tape I am using my own 3M double-sided tape as I do not want any leftover residue in the future. The wires are fairly long and provide a good amount of coverage in the video you can see that the top wire reaches almost all the way to the bottom. The button to turn the unit on is very high quality and the unit is very clean looking with white wires and housings of the cable Hub and switch. The power cord to the main wall plug is also a good amount of length measuring approximately 3 1/2 to 4 feet possibly more but it is just right. Overall this is an excellent alternative to the standard Ikea diodor lights which are not available in Canada. In addition, the other china brand led light strip a just won't do as I have tried several of them and searched high and low for a clean setup and good white light kit. The design of this unit is very well engineered. And these work perfectly for displaying my figures in my detolf.

I normally am not a review person but I am very happy with lights they are very easy to install and they look great I will say if the company made a few different versions with a soft or a warm white option and made them dimmable that would be nice but very happy with the outcome of these lights!

Worked perfect

The lights are good and easy to install, it's not so comfortable with the purchase since it doesn't bring an app directly from the phone unless you buy the smart plug or at least tell me I'm wrong because I can't find any application that makes it easy for me to turn on and off without having to use Alexa or other smart types
