The bottom of the Perky Collar tends to stick out under the back of the collar; can it be cut down so it's not so wide?

There are so many different types of collars it is hard for the product to be perfect for all of them. The real thin collar may show the Perky Collar a little bit in the back. Very few people will notice it since the Perky Collar is clear. The easiest solution is to wear a blazer and that additional layer will cover the slight exposure. 2nd option is to trim so slightly with an ordinary pair of scissors. The third option is not use it for the narrow collared shirts.Since the Perky Collar is an accessory and not yet a part of the shirt, it is most important that the Perky Collar be effective. More so than to try and fit every height of collar out there.The Perky Collar is a great tool but it is not going to be perfect for every shirt. I appreciate you trying the product and hope that you find it be useful and effective for most of your shirts but understand there may be a few that it doesn't work as well for due to collar height.Being a new product on the market, I didn't want to have 10 sizes or 10 skus. So this version of the Perky Collar, it's height and length works with the majority of collars with minor exceptions. As the market continues to speak, additional variations may be created based on the number of people effected.Thank you for taking the time to voice your opinion and concern. You could, although I think it's more suited for an open collar. I love mine and use it a lot.

Question 3

What is the length? Work with 20" polo shirt collars?

I've found that it's only for dress shirts.  Polo collars are designed more often than not to lay flat, not stand up so the ends stuck out of the front and the bottom of the perky collar was visible around the collar.

does the point end of it shows in front of the collar?

Not for me, it's about 3/4 to 1" behind the front of the collar.
