They work pretty well. The clips are small and transparent so they're hardly noticeable, especially when the LED is on. I used 1 clip every 6-12 inches of rope and it's holding up fine, the plastic is sturdy and doesn't bend under the weight. The clips don't 'grip' the rope so they would not be suitable for mounting the light on a ceiling, but it works fine on a wall. I used 1" panel board nails to hold the clips onto the wall, because even the smallest size command strips were too big and I didn't have an electric screwdriver. Lesson learned, don't do what I did. The clips held up against my terrible hammer skills and I got away with 1 nail per clip in most cases, but I'd recommend using tiny screws to save yourself the hassle of hammering nails into the narrow channel between the clip arms. 5 stars because they work as described and were the easiest way to make an LED wall sign, the home improvement stores near me don't have anything like this that work for this kind of rope. Review: Exactly What I Needed for Neon Flex Installation - I bought this 200 piece pack of mounting clips for a neon flex lighting project, and having this many clips made the installation much easier. They fit the 6mm and 8mm silicone neon strips well and help keep everything straight and secure instead of having the lights sag or shift over time. I especially like having a large quantity because with longer LED runs, you go through clips much faster than you expect. Installation was simple, and using enough clips definitely gave the finished project a cleaner, more professional look. The 200 pack is also nice because I still have plenty left for future projects. At this point, I probably have enough clips to start another lighting project just because I can. 😂 Overall, simple product, good quantity, and very useful if you’re installing neon flex lighting. ## Features - Material - These LED rope light clips are made of high quality PVC material, very sturdy and durable, can be used for a long time. They will not hold the led strip in place. They also do not come with screws, or even pre-drilled holes for the screws, so this isn't the product for you if you need any of these three things. ## Frequently Bought Together - 99 Lighting 200 Pieces LED Neon Mounting Clips,Install Fittings Clips,Fixing Clips Accessories for 6mm 6x12mm Silicone led neon Flex Strip Lighting,Make The neon Signs (6mm) - MMEEVT 5M Flexible Led Rope Lights, IP67 Waterproof RGB Neon Lights with App/Remote Control, Multiple Modes, Music Sync, 197 Inch Length, Indoor/Outdoor Use, Neon LED String Lights --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.id/products/239061367-led-99-lighting-200-pieces-mounting-clips-install-clips-fixing](https://www.desertcart.id/products/239061367-led-99-lighting-200-pieces-mounting-clips-install-clips-fixing) --- *Product available on Desertcart Indonesia* *Store origin: ID* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
