I've been buying this for a few years. Just now doing a review. This is good quality paper. Much thicker than the stuff you buy at the store. Better protection for your pans in the oven. Doesn't fall apart when you peel it off the bottom of a cake. Great when when making a cheesecake. Also for roasting veg in the oven. When roasting a chicken or other meat, I put it between the pan and the roasting rack and trim the excess paper. I wrap potatoes in it before wrapping in foil too, it keeps them moister inside.

If they would fix the cutting edge on this the product it would be a 5 star plus! The paper is great, but I am forever needed to use a scissor to cut sheets which is annoying. Great product, not great cutter edge.

I love this stuff I use it daily it makes for easy clean up on daily no more having a hard time scrubbing a dish after making anything in the oven I started years back when I made Scolloped potatoes put the parchment paper in first put my potatoes together baked when I’m done no messy dish and they turn out perfect so I stared with everything I bake in oven
