It lists many London mosques but doesn’t sync to their times. It’s on average 30 mins early and same inaccuracy when set to London without mosque.

I think you are right I have just noticed this during Ramadan. I have the flyer from the local mosque for namaz times and they are not in sync with Masjidal. For example on Masjidal the fajr prayers are around 30mins earlier than on the mosque flyer.

Will it work in dubai?

This clock works globally by location/timezone. To sync with the mosque, the mosque must be signed up with Masjidal.

Does it work in Newcastle Upon Tyne ?

Athan Frame works anywhere in the world. All you need is wifi.
