Easy to use
Easy handle to unlock and lock different strenght bands

Nice addition to my home gym
I use these handles every day and think they are great. The bands are easy to change and the handles work great. It's nice to be able to change weights as my routine and strength changes. Their price is pretty reasonable but the bands are a little expensive considering they are just a rubber hose. It cost me about $130 to buy one of each weight but they are cheaper and more versitile than dumbells.

Great Quality
I really like the quality of SKLS products. This was no different. Easy release for the cables. I am starting to like the cable exercises as much if not more than free weights.

Handles Work Well, But Can Be Difficult To Receive Cable
When the handles are on the cable, they work very well. But connecting the handle to the cable can be difficult because the portion of the handle that slides back to create an opening for cable can be very hard to move. One of my handles opens and closes easily, the other is very hard to open. Because of that, I consider ease of use to be 3 stars, as a handle for a cable I consider 5 stars, so my overall rating for the handles is 4 stars.

Extremely useful and durable handles
The handles are durable, the slide mechanism is easy to move and change the cables in and out. They are compatible with my lifeline, prism, and sklz resistance bands. I find them easier to use then the single lifeline handles, because they allow me the ability to quickly change resistance levels during work outs -- without having to pinch, stretch and pull the bands loose just to get them out of the handles.

Perfect alternative for gym on the go
Perfect alternative for gym on the go. Try the bands at a local store before buying, I was planning on getting much heavier bands, based on my free weights. Went to Dick's sporting goods and tried them before, dropped 10lbs off each band. Handles are light and easy to use, I prefer them over the full plastic ones.

Very nice. Sold in pairs. I thought they were singles so I ended up with two pairs which is fine.

Works great!
Product works great. Instructions are very easy to follow. I didn’t realize that my order was coming from China so Shipping was very slow but finally arrived today (ordered in September.) Just FYI in case you are looking to purchase.
