Works well
I had to do a little modification to get it to work on my gate (replacing a 15 year old D & D hinge that I couldn't find) . Nt a big deal and works great!

Perfect
We had a broken hinge on our gate and this piece worked well when we installed it. Just what we needed.

Be careful on the install or you will strip the screws.
Bought these to pass permit for self-closing gate requirement for pool remodel. So far, I am happy with the function of this product but because the hinges pull the chainlink gate so much closer than standard chainlink hinges, I now have to figure out a solution to close the gap on the other side. The installation went smooth and I did do the pilot holes (strongly recommend), but I made the mistake of backing off two of the screws to make a minor adjustment and now those screws just spin. It still holds secure, but as noted in other reviews, the screws do seem to strip really easily. I might purchase new screws and try again, but at this point I'm satisfied overall.
