I was recently diagnosed with MS and have reduced feeling in my hands which made it hard to use a mouse and know where my fingers were in the buttons when in a horizontal position, I regularly and frustratingly kept clicking but nothing happening as my finger was not in the correct position and not noticing and having to look down and use other hand to correct. However with this vertical mouse it has reduced that to almost zero, and even made me able to use the scroll wheel again. Not to mention it's more comfortable to use for extended periods of time in this vertical orientated and decent size. Also the range of DPI setting is rather good and position of the toggle button to cycle through them is well located that even I am not accidental changing during use.
