Will the probe work with ThermoPro digital temperature reader?

Don't get them. They aren't temping right. Best bet to get a wireless one is what I ended up doing.

Can i place this in the pork shoulder when smoking and just leave it there for the entire 2 hours??

I have left them on a pellet all night on a lower temperature
