But keep your own magnetic hardware from the one you are replacing. Have struggled with CPAP masks and tried multiple masks and headgear. I had obtained the nasal mask from the medical equipment supplier, but the headgear was uncomfortable and attempted to alter it for comfort with no success. I ordered this as a replacement after trying nasal pillow and other nasal masks but did not like them. I ordered this headgear as a replacement for the one I had altered for the wisp nasal mask, This headgear is more comfortable than the initial headgear that came with the nasal mask- maybe it is the sizing (maybe the first one I tried was smaller). This headgear has worked better than other products I have tried. Its been a journey on finding a CPAP mask and headgear that is tolerable, but this one seems to work the best.

I purchased generic head gear in the past to save a few dollars. They work great for a while but quickly lose elasticity and I end up repositioning all night and it affects my sleep. This headgear from Philips feel better out the door. Velcro areas work better and you can get a better fit. This will be all I buy moving forward. Highly recommend.

Same headgear as my original Wisp headgear in a medium size that fits my 7 3/8 sized head (the large size was a bit too big for me). The square of stretchy fabric in the back has four flexible arms with Velcro ends that attach onto the upper and lower branches of the Y-shaped side arms of the frame in which the nose cone is inserted (see picture) . However, This piece is JUST the headgear and does NOT include the nose cone, the Y frame, or those white plastic quick-release tabs that you see on the lower branch of the left side of the Y frame in the picture. You can use this headgear without those tabs, but If you think you will need to get this off in a hurry, say if you're going to sneeze, consider also buying those quick release tabs.

It gets a neutral because these have a limited lifespan. The cheap clones are much, much worse... tried that once and that was plenty. I've ordered several times and this supplier has always shipped genuine parts.
