Hydrapeak website was all sold out of their lids and didn't even sell the plastic gastic to replace. I had purchased the bottle from a Marshall's Store a few months ago and accidently misplaced the original plastic gastic while cleaning it. Without it, it leaked a lot and I didn't want to purchase a new bottle because even purchasing it at Marshall's it wasn't that cheap but cheaper than buying from the company itself. Going through many reviews on desertcart trying to find a replacement, a lot of the products weren't compatible for the hydrapeak bottle. I took my chances with this product and it fit perfectly. Next major test was to see if it would leak. I filled my bottle with coffee as I usually do and drank from it. No leaks. I shook the bottle around to see if it would leak, no leak. I was so happy to find a cheap replacement without having to get rid of my bottle that was still pretty new. I will update this review again if have any issues with it.
