Difficult to find gluten free graham crackers or crumbs in the local store. These are awesome! Great taste, works well in the recipe I needed it for. Superior to buying gluten free grahams and crushing them because the texture is much closer to actual graham cracker crumbs.

Love these Graham crackers crumbs for making , cheesecake, cookies or pie crusts. They are gluten-free so I can provide dessert for friend and family without affecting their dietary needs. The texture is perfect, and they are easy to use. The flavor is exceptional.

These are a life saver for those who are gluten-free. The flavor is very good, but could be improved in our opinion. Like most gluten free products, such as flours, these tend to be dryer, making it more difficult to bind together for things such as a crust. You just have to use a binder of choice to accomplish what you need. We use the crumbs for making a graham cracker crust for sweet potato, pumpkin, pecan, and lemon ice box pies and bars. It’s also good used in making a crumble to top puddings, cobblers, pies, cakes, desert bars or deep dish deserts. I use it to make pumpkin balls, Bon bons, and a homemade version of peanut butter cups. We use the crackers for the bottom of banana supreme, chocolate delight, and of course, s’mores! Our kids never feel like they are missing out on anything at socials, being gluten free, thanks to Kinnikinnick products!!! This is an authentic review. My husband wants cheesecake for every birthday. My kids and I are gluten free due to celiac. No one else makes these crumbs and they’re about as close as you can get to traditional graham flavor! They work just like regular graham cookie crumbs and bake up perfectly! Note of CAUTION- I ordered a 3-pack at a highish price and all three boxes were expired! Since I needed to make a cheesecake the next day for my husband’s 50th, and no stores around sell this, and we HAVE to be gluten free, I was screwed. **Order in advance so you have time to get Amazon to ship a replacement if they arrive expired! Amazon offered to pay for shipping of overnight from another seller, but there was not a viable option to arrive on time. I have used these beyond date by a month or so and it was fine, but after 2-3 months, you taste the difference. Otherwise, this a great product.

This is so good I made my cheesecake using this for the crust and it taste like the real thing! I’m hooked already ordered more to make cheesecake for all my friends! I did add sugar to the recipe that doesn’t call for it so I’m sure it helped! I’m n heaven it makes enough to go up the sides and it even comes already crushed

it may be very good, but I didn't catch in the ingredients before I bought that it has potato starch. I will use it but very little at a time. Potatoes are not good for my grass allergies.
