Excellent Coffee Machine. Brews great Espresso and the foam wand works really well both on the Automatic setting and manually. My son is a Barista and he is impressed with it.

Makes great coffee. As good as any coffee shop. Machine looks great, easy to use & clean. I spent ages wondering if I could justify spending so much on a coffee machine & glad to say it was worth it. Brings me joy ever time I use it. Everyone who’s had a coffee from the machine says the coffee is lovely. It’s s purchase you won’t regret.

Had this unit for a month now, initial unit that shipped out was faulty and would not turn on; Breville support eventually replaced it with a new model. It makes decent espresso, the cleaning is easy, it’s not overly loud and is smart looking. Beware a few things: - you’ll need to buy a new portafilter immediately because the included one doesn’t make great coffee. - the machine is really sensitive to fine grind so pick up a WDT tool and spring loaded tamper to help. Basically this is about 75% of what you need for a great coffee. It feels like a very entry level model and I’m not convinced the pressure is high enough for more complex tastes. Auto frothy milk is awesome however!

*edited* Loved this machine very much! Used for 2-3 coffees per day and cleaned religiously. So much so, I bought a second one for my personal office (just my use) BOTH have failed ! One, the milk wand / steamer failed. Tried cleaning etc. Did video support with Sage (lady was in Africa) and by the time they finished all the checks it wouldn’t work at all. Told it needs to go back for swap out and they’ll organise collection - but that hasn’t happened. It’s waiting to go back. Had to call them several times and now frustrated Now the other one has failed. Pulled a shot and then milk would t work. Press a button, whole thing turns off and won’t turn on. Unplugged and tried again. Lights come on. Press a button and whole unit turns off. Only had these since November. Thankfully, still eligible to send back as faulty with Amazon … so they can now both go back !!! ——————————- Love this so much, that after buying one for home, I bought another for work ! I had been using a moka pot but am wanted a decent espresso machine that could also froth milk without the hassle of waiting so long for a moka pot to heat up. It makes coffee in a flash and although auto milk settling is good, I like nuclear hot so do this manually. Didn’t want the faff or cost of a machine that also ground beans l. Delighted

I took ages to decide on the right coffee machine for me, and even longer to actually purchase it once I had decided on the one I wanted. It felt like a lot of money to part with and I wanted it to be perfect. So far, so good. I love the machine, super easy to set up, super easy to use and clean, and the automatic milk steamer is a game changer. Can't speak highly enough of this purchase!

It works great.So easy to make a perfect cappaccino

I am really pleased with this little expresso machine It’s very nice looking and it makes fabulous expresso, cappuccino, latte and flat white coffee. The only thing I didn’t like was that it moved around quite a lot while I was making coffee, as it doesn’t have a non slip base. This was soon rectified with (cheap) non slip matting from Amazon. It’s a nice looking piece of kit and takes up very little space and makes great coffee!

Easy to use, great tasting coffee and good for beginners wanting to get in to barista coffee making. Auto milk is a game changer if you like lattes or milky coffees.

I send the machine for repair they picked it up in no time and i was happy and they return it fast. But with the same issue they didn't fix it!! And when i try to request again for repair the service is not there anymore. The service is not available even though I purchased the extended warranty.
