Will this fit a real AR15 lower?

No. The mating end of the buffer tube has a section for a screw so I can screw into a bb gun gear box so there is no way for you bolt to interact with the buffer, and the opposite end isn't encapsulated so there nothing stopping the spring falling out once installation is complete and the spring would but going directly against the stock if you got it all installed

I'd say no. Its a standard M4/M16 buffer tube and I don't think the ARP9 is.
