I will never order from them again
The product came. The quick release doesn't work, and the metal edges are sharp and very uncomfortable on the fingers. The company told me to get a vet or tech to show me how to use it. I am a vet tech. I know how to use it. It doesn't work. Also, I was advised I could return the unopened product. Hello, how can I tell if it works or not unless I open it. Final blow, I will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, ON A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. This company goes in my "do not buy from them again" folder.
