I had read some reviews that the instructions might have been a little vague, and was ready for that. If someone has no experience working under the hood of a car, this might be a bit of a challenge to install. There might be a simple "disconnect accessory wiring connector"... but unless you know the specific way to release these connectors that are made to not come apart accidentally... even that might be challenging. I found a couple of attachments that were not mentioned in the instructions, that took some thinking about how to disconnect without destroying anything, and still be able to reasemble. The entire install took about five and a half hours... and I've worked under the hood of many a car, since 1967. I am not an automotive professional and do work very methodically... so maybe someone else could install in less time. But I don't think anyone else's install could look any 'cleaner' than mine. Review: K&N FIPK C5 Corvette - I installed this product on my 2002 Corvette and it made gave it a large amount of low end torque. Product works great, the instructions on cutting the radiator to make the flap in my opinion was hard to follow.
