Solid storage after setting up.
I initially thought the dish racks would not be sturdy enough since it looked like a pile of of metals. I was under the impression that it would come installed. It took some imagination to put the rack together. The strength of the rack was getting stronger and stronger as you successfully install the pieces together. It is very sturdy at the end of installation. I was wrong initially. This is my first 2 tiers dish rack and I love it. My dishes are drying faster because of the additonal spaces between dishes. My old dish rack took forever and I had to wipe my dishes dry before putting them back in storage.

Be Sure You've Assembled it Correctly
What I didn't like: Once I was able to correctly assemble it I was happy with it. Unfortunately, the first two attempts were very frustrating, even with the help of my husband. Apparently we didn't attach the bottom on the correct rungs on the side panels, causing it to be unstable and the dishes to fall off onto the countertop and into the sink. Fortunately, there was no damage. As with many items you have to put together yourself, the instructions were not very good, mainly drawings. Once it was put together it was very solid. You'll know if you did it correctly by just trying to move it a little. If it doesn't sway or fall apart, you did it correctly. I wish the smaller trays to catch the water on the 2 ends were better fitted. Although they have notches, the trays don't snap in at all and just rest precariously on top of the small shelves, making them easy to knock off. Lastly, I wish it had little rubber or silicone caps on the feet to keep it from sliding. I had to place a cloth dish mat under it. What I like: I love the knife holder in the silverware cup. The slots are big enough to hold my large knives and the smaller slots are perfect for my steak and butter knives. The 3 cup holders hold even my large soup mug. The trays that catch the water are easily removed to wash or empty. The top easily holds my pasta bowls as well as normal flat dishes. It's just me and my husband, so it's perfect for us. All in all, I highly recommend this.

perfect
I really like this rack! it is great to be able to stack in two tiers. it is simple to put together breaks apart beautifully for ease of cleaning. The only thing that I don't like is that the basket under it holds water rather than has a lip to release it into the sink like other dish racks do; that being said though, for those that want to stack away from the sink it would be perfect as it collects the water and then you dump it and wash.

Consider the kind of dishes you will be putting on this rack.
I like the fact that it has two tiers for more dishes, I like the silverware holder and the removable trays that catches the water. The instructions were not very clear, the two trays on each end did not snap into place, they just sit there, I had to put a towel underneath to keep it from moving around on my counter, the cup holders are hard to put coffee mugs on and I don’t trust my tall glasses on them for fear they might fall off and break, finally, the top rack for the plates is not the one in the picture and the video, the sides that holds the plates in place comes up much higher on the video than on mine, this makes me very uncomfortable, because my dinner plates are thick and heavy, is there anyway I can get another top rack like the one in the picture, please let me know, for this will put my mind at ease, I am sending a picture.

Perfect !
I finally found a dish drain that is perfect for a small area , right length, right height , and really holds a lot for the size -- I love the 3 drain pans that can be emptied so easily -- it is the best I have found and worth the money .

Beautiful Kitchen Accessory
I absolutely love it! The only complaint I have is that because the 3 drain trays are not connected there is a small gap between the big drain tray & the front small drain tray for silverware and the same size gap in the back between the big drain tray & the drain tray for glasses/cups. Other than that it's beautiful, sturdy, economical, stylish, & very functional for my needs. Love it.

Awesome customer service
This dish rack is cute! It’s definitely better than the plastic ones we’ve been getting that get all slimy and moldy. The thing I’m impressed with though, is their customer service. The package was missing two of the main pieces and so I did contact their customer service rep and they responded timely and were super duper kind! They sent me the missing pieces for free and they came in about a week. I was very satisfied with their kindness and service and so far, we really like the rack. We have a small space so we couldn’t get anything too tall or it’d hit the cabinets, but this is very good. It’s easier to keep everything organized.
