up to what temperature will these baskets tolerate? I want them for a -80C lab freezer.

I have no idea if they would hold up under those temperatures but the warranty says can be returned or refundable!

They are not built to stack per say but I have racks that I have just stacked on top of each other. It works ok as long as you don’t over fill the racks so they can rest on top of each other.

The page says 3.89 pounds for the product. Is that for 1, 2 or 4 baskets?

It was 4 baskets that fit into my freezer comfortably. How much lbs it holds do not know

Are these baskets vinyl coated?

Yes they have a pretty heavy coating!
