Celery and Greens.. I juiced a 5 gallon bucked packed of my homegrown bolting purple mizuna, purple bok choi and green mizuna, 12 organic romaine hearts, and 2 heads of organic celery.. and about halfway thru, this is what I got: lots of backing up in the chute, a very pulp juice, and the juicer CLOGGED with long strings from my plants and maybe the celery. I made a total of 7 quarts of juice .
