Excellent writing
The ultrafine 0.38 is the best writing gel pen available, smooth, crisp writing and works on virtually any paper. The refill lasts a very long time with extensive use. Works exactly as advertised. Great pen, superb refill. I liked the cross compatibility as well -- this fits in the 0.5 and 0.7 mm pens too.

Go for the Pilot V5/V7s. They are much better than this. These are not worth importing it from US. Waste of money.
