I always get nervous writing reviews for vitamins and supplements because I don’t know how accurate it is. These seem to work for my knees. As I am getting older my knees and hips pop. My dad has taken these for as long as i can remember. They are horse pills so not great to swallow all at once. They don’t really taste or smell like anything. They are in a smooth capsule so despite being pretty large they are fairly easy to get down. I think it does help with my joint pain.

My son took this while on accutane and it helped his skin stay hydrated. Big pills, but not bad!
