Perfect fit
The battery itself was a breeze to install and seems to be performing well. The hard part is properly removing the digitizer screen without braking it or damaging the cables. Be very careful!

Battery drain fast
Only last 4 hours. The battery life is not good as I expected

Swelled after a week and cracked the screen.
Purchased this to replace the old battery in an older iPad. The battery would only hold a charge for about an hour. It also overheats quickly if you are playing a game causing the iPad to turn off mid-use. And to top it all off it swelled and cracked the screen.

Works As Expected
I gave the battery life 3 stars, only because I can only guess about the battery life, as I just installed it...duh! But it was easy enough to install, and even though I didn't use directions, it was pretty easy to figure out. I do suggest looking at a video first, because I did 'almost' blow it by not loosening a certain screw. However, 'almost' wasn't good enough.

Mediocre battery replacement
Overall replacing the batter was a medium difficulty project. The major negative is that the battery dies at 20% and even when fully charges gives at most 2 1/2 hours of power on the iPad.
