Are any reviewers using this unit with a Windows PC?

I used this unit for about 2 years time with iRacing with no problems, it did very well with good feedback, especially so for a single motor. I wore headphones, so I don't know about the noise level really. The shifter is good, and a great addition to a wheel already packed with features. The buttons and the red dial are excellent things to have, and very useful. The pedals are cheap (if you're into serious racing), but are independent of the wheel so you don't have to use them if you don't want to. I had G27 pedals with mine which I also modified with a load cell (for realistic braking abilities that make a WORLD of difference), and inverted the pedals on a custom mounted setup I made. Also the wheel can be 'hard mounted' pretty easily which is what I did, that way there is zero movement at all since you're not using the table clamps (which did a good job btw, please don't misunderstand).I'm actually looking into buying another one of these wheels used to get back to racing, and find a good set of pedals.

Will it work for a PS4?

According to the developers of Drive Club, all PS3 wheels will work with Drive Club on the PS4. However, according to reports, PS3 wheels aren't working in the XMB menus (or whatever it is that they're calling them these days)
