The cleaners work well and easily. For me, there is a complication caused by a lousy set of chompers. No reflection on the product. I have very uneven and poorly spaced lower teeth. Some of the teeth can be well cleaned by these brushes as they'll fit fine. Some are so #@!$# tight I can barely get floss between them.As a result a few of the lowers cannot be cleaned with the brushes. I would need something finer than the thinnest made. Again, no reflection on this product. In general it is being very helpful. If the mfg. made something even finer than the finest they make now I could use them. Probably not practical. Anyway, using these devices along with flossing and brushing works for mme. One suggestion, a little easier to open package would help. It's easy to tear off the first part but getting the first brush out is challenging for my old fingers. After all, they are even a little older than my teeth.

Love these. I have tight teeth, but other products for tight teeth are too thin and easily break. These are both thin and strong. And I love the price. Some wish they had covers. My preference is that what I pay goes into getting more of the product rather than paying for covers. They stay clean in the bag until I use them so I'm very fine without covers.

I ended up giving them to husband since I don't want picks with mint in them. I can't say much about the quality since I didn't use one long enough to test that.
