A: Sorry this one does not have that kind of clip, it's a plastic loop clip

A: The one that I received has a metal clip that pinches to hold it on. The metal is smooth and does not have 'teeth' like you would find on an alligator clip. Hope that helps!

**Q: Does it have a clip on the back?**
A: It has a slide clip, not an alligator style clip.

**Q: How does this attach to a scrub top?**
A: The back of the reel has a metal clip that will slide over material. Not the alligator-type clip with a hinge, but folded metal that will expand slightly with a little bit of pressure. Hope that helps!
