This cutie has a 16” neck and 20” girth. The size 14 is perfect. As opposed to a non-stretch fleece, the stretch fleece is easy to get on and off. The collar can be turned down to reveal the contrasting reverse side (this one is leopard). The two layers provide adequate warmth, and the Voyager step-in harness easily goes over it. Super soft!
