Will this work with the regular hose for the e2 black? or will i need to buy the whole mini jet system. i only plan on using it to pick up spills.

This will work on the end of the wand and does NOT need the complete MiniJet to fit.

Will this work on the end of a rainbow SRX?

Yes on some YouTube videos I have seen that same nozzle on the end of some rainbow SRX vacuums yes because I have the rainbow e2 blue 2speed it fits on mines

Will this work with the rainjet wand to clean upholstry or will I need the complete minijet?

It will fit the end of the RainJet as well as the wands which allow for manual scrubbing of any spot and stain. Mix shampoo solution in a cup and apply to stains. Use this item to scrub and extract. Repeat with clean water for a rinse.
