I LOVE, love it! The quinoa is perfectly cooked and the mango/roasted peppers topping/add-ins make this a delicious, high protein stand-alone meal or side dish. This is equally good eaten as is or heated in the microwave. I would love to see this with different flavor toppings although you sure can't beat this one. No heating required and they come with a cute foldable spork (spoon and fork combo) that locks into place. Not only do these have enough flavor to keep my taste buds happy, they're Gluten free!
