Delicious as always. Good flavour of ginger sticky goodness. Baked well and is moist in texture as a good ginger cake should be. An excellent buy. Highly recommended.

Stick to shop purchase
Love the cake but would stick to supermarket for purchase as this came very squished. Do not think the packaging helped. Still tasted ok mind you
