Favorite Korean Card Set!
I love this set! The quality and design are perfect! I love the detail! Its a little hard to play with new players (especially if they don’t know Nintendo characters) but nonetheless I always have a fun time bringing this to the table.

Beautiful Mario Set
It’s a beautiful set and I just picked some of my favorite ones as well as to show some differences between the original Hanafuda deck. Specifically the Deer, Boar and Butterfly winning set. Which is why I think this version is a slightly harder version to play. Or really you just need to know that that’s the butterfly card. Overall, the first few games is a little bit of a challenge in recognizing the cards but once learned, it’s still a fun Koi Koi experience.

Very Fun game and beautiful art
These Hanafuda cards are very pretty and the games you can play with are incredibly fun. My one suggestion would be to maybe get the normal president pack before this mario themed one if you have never played Hanafuda before as that set will be better at learning the cards and which cards are valuable

A piece of Nintendo History
Before Nintendo was known for making video games? They made hanafuda playing cards. Nintendo still makes them with Nintendo characters. It's kind of nice that even after all this time, they still make something out of tradition. The cars themselves comes in a plastic/acetate sleeve. In that is a cardboard box you tear a seal off of to open them up. I don't read Japanese of course so I can't play. I suppose you could use google translate perhaps? But the cards themselves are much thicker than a playing card many people are probably used too. The artwork is nice and features the likes of Mario, Yoshi, Peach, Rosalina, DK and Diddy. For the price it's just a nice little collectible or a gift for someone into Nintendo memorabilia.

High quality.
These are just like the Nintendo point exclusives except for the case.

being someone who is not familiar with hanafuda, seeing this card set certainly encouraged me to take it up. the cards are good quality, the packaging looks good and the Mario design on the cards is really good. 9/10 would recommend to others.
