CarBole 45 degree Chrome Thermostat Housing Water Neck Compatible with Ford 260-302/351W

I had bought another generic branded housing and had re-fitted it a couple times, struggling to get a seal on the old (pitted) manifold, even using liquid sealant. This thing sealed up first go, works great, looks great.

Worked well on my 85 c10. Looks nice. It’s been installed a couple weeks and no leaks.

The small tube was smaller than the stock tube , I used 2 shrink wrap bands to make it simalar to stock. changed the bolts to allen head style to get more tork to seal the o-ring.

Looks great, easy install. Will update when I get fluid pumping thru it after rebuild. Don’t forget to drill a small hole in your thermostat👌🏼

This housing is far lighter in weight than the original , i was stupid enough to remove the studs fitted as this is posted with 8mm bolts where as original studs are 10mm into block and 8mm nuts to suit housing holes , luckily a quick helicoil in one hole and original stud in other sorted it . Apart from that it sealed brilliantly , would buy again
