Gets the job done
The Texas Bushcraft tarred bank line is a really solid piece of cordage that feels tough and dependable right out of the spool. It has a strong, waxy coating that helps it resist moisture and wear, which makes it great for outdoor and survival use. The line ties knots easily and holds them well without slipping, which is something I really like when using it in the field. Itโs lightweight but surprisingly strong for its size, making it easy to carry in a pack without taking up much space. Itโs also versatileโyou can use it for tying, securing gear, or general outdoor tasks, and it holds up under pressure without fraying easily. Overall, this is a durable, reliable twine that performs well outdoors and is a great addition to any camping, fishing, or survival kit.

Simple, easy reliable, and convenient.
It's bankline. If you know what bankline is, this is a good one.

Great bank line.
Really good quality bank line. Gotta pull it tight as the knots slip a little bit but for most of my camping needs works very nicely. I keep several feet bundled up in several of my packs and keeps me from having to cut up my paracord for small stuff (loops, etc). Great prusik knots.

Multiple uses.
Paracord has its place. This line her is easily carried and shines with the small projects that occur outside on daily basis. From project day to gardening. This is use by some people to sew canvas with. Just untwist and pick a twist. Iโm still learning and so is everyone.

Only about 110 ft. per roll ... not 121 as listed
I first ordered this product based on high reviews for a strong nylon cord that could withstand sun and rain exposure, but I've never purchased "tarred" nylon before. I was banking on a minimum of 120 ft. per each roll, but when we carefully measured and cut 10 ft. increments from the first purchased roll, the spool only contained 110 ft. instead of the chart listing of 121 ft. We purchased a 2nd roll and pre-measured the whole roll first, and again, only 110 ft. After contacting the seller, we tried a 3rd roll, and once again, it only had 110 ft per roll. I've attached a photos of the empty spool weight of .7 oz, total weight of new spool at 4.5 oz, and tared new spool weight of 3.8 oz after subtracting the spool weight. When browsing around other similar products since those purchases, it seems to be a standard to state about 120 ft per 1/4 lb of this kind of twisted tarred nylon string, but in actuality, there must be some predictable variable that shortens the actual available product ... the tarring process? the machinery process? Even the total weight of the unwrapped string after taring out the spool weight is only 3.8 ounces (not the 4 oz advertised). I'm very happy with the strength of the cord itself and how easy it is to work with. Plus, there is no detectable residue to bare hands when working with it. I'm just sad to think every roll has been 11 ft. "short" so far, so if I need more, I might have to rethink where to buy it from. The company has kindly offered to check into this issue, which helps reassure me other customers might not have to feel the same frustration and disappointment I did. If you do not need a length-specific roll for a planned project like we did, maybe the the precise roll length won't matter to you. It is a quality durable cord from what I can tell by first experience, just not as originally advertised by weight OR length. I just prefer a trust system where I can match a product with it's stated claims. At the very least, changing the listing terms to reflect the shorter length would be immensely helpful for buyers like myself (reducing the risk of unmatched expectations).

good multi purpose use
I bought for practicing snares. I wanted to try something else instead of wire. I haven't set any yet but like the looks of this item. Seems strong.

Meist besser als Paracord
Perfekte Schnur. Hรคlt viel aus, verrottet nicht. Klar besser als Paracord in vielen Anwendungen. Knoten halten super. Einziger Nachteil: Die Finger riechen halt hinterher nach Teer.

Coated Bankline
This is tough but easy to use line. More practical to use for tying down tarps and attaching to trees or stakes and very light weight.
