Great price for amount of product you get! Tastes like sugar, easy to melt and use. Crystal clear and great quality isomalt.

This was the first time I have tried working with isomalt and it was not hard at all. I burned myself with it because I was careless when working with it so my advice is to wear gloves to be safe. I heated it in both the microwave and on the stovetop. Both worked well. It doesn't have much of a taste so either if you want to make candy, be sure to use flavoring. Don't eat much of it though, it could upset your tummy. I will continue to use it.

I use this isomalt often for edible glass. It’s so easy to use! I just heat it in the microwave, stir occasionally, and pour! (If you are a beginner with isomalt please watch some videos on proper handling! Sugar burns are no joke!!) It always comes out clear and I spray with pme glaze to seal and keep from getting sticky. I store leftovers in a sealed container with desiccant packets. Works like a charm!

I have used this product to make divinity and cotton candy. It really worked on both and I will buy again.

I used this to put gingerbread houses together. I had 20 to do. Usually takes me forever but this worked great! Melted quickly in the microwave. Adults only- gets extremely hot!
