For the price point, the quality is hard to believe. This is a genuine, stainless steel machete with cord grip and sheath. It is sharp at the point and along the belly, and the sawback spine is heavy duty and also quite sharp. I bought this for a Halloween costume, since it is only marginally more expensive than a fake, plastic machete, but now I’m pretty sure I need to plan an excursion to the Amazon.

Excellent Machete,it seems to be made well and has good weight to it!! I like the sheath,it looks to be of decent quality!! The handle and overall construction seems to be really good and thoes are the Pros!! Now for the Cons,the only thing that Im not too Impressed with is the Zipper on the top of the Sheath,It seems like kind of a silly place to put a Zipper?? But as I looked the sheath over and teasted it out,I found that it had 2 retention systems!! One at the handle has a snap,and the sheath has the zipper!! I was carrying it to my R.V. via the installed strap,and I didnt have the handle snap engadged and the Mechete didnt fall out of the sheath!! So as for not liking the zipper thing,I now understand why it was put there!!! Overall im Impreseed with the Product,its well worth the small amount of money that I paid for it and Im thinking that you will too??

Very sharp and go for chopping down things, only complaint was that after a few times of using this machine the handle unraveled other than that I like this product.

Pretty awesome machete. The cordage around the handle was a bit flimsy and loose but I wrapped it with some sturdy 550 cord and haven't had any issues since. It blade is wide and sharp and chops small trees in 1 or 2 swings. And I've hacked a 4 inch pin oak to the ground with 3 swings. No blade damage and still sharp. I didn't quite need this much machete but I'm glad I have it now. It's a good blade.

This is a great machete. It came razor sharp. It is too long for carrying around in a daily compacity, but is very helpful on hiking trips or in clearing brush. It’s sheath could have a lLlonger strap, but is long enough to sling over a shoulder.

This item is sharp out of the box and the serrated edge good for sawing down small growth. It is durable and versatile.

Besides being cool looking it's not what I expected. The weight is good, the design is nice, but that's about it. the handle is a bit small for my big hands, and not much of a grip with the loose para cord wrapping. The para cord lanyard is no help, and you cannot use it to keep the machete from coming out of your hand. The serrations is just for looks, and cannot be used as a saw either. On the sheath, even if usable it's not very good, the zipper is cheap, and hung up out of the box. It's cool looking though.

After one use cutting 1 inch round limbs it suffered chips and rolls in the blade the wrapping for the handle came off second swing had to rewrap it my way all around its a very uncomfortable to hold swing...

This Jungle Master machete is just AWESOME! It's the bigger brother to my SE KFD672 15 1/2" machete as the 2 look identical except for size! This is one of the best blades in my collection! It is built well and it is heavy and sturdy.. it came razor sharp.. and my only real complaint about it is the cord wrapped handle (which I modified and put on a much more comfortable padded grip inatead for a handle) For the price.. this blade can't be beat! I am very happy with my purchase.. and I would definetly this buy again!

Hacked off some branches to clear an area. Easy to use. The weight and size are perfect for me. Not the biggest fan of the sheath...buttons are finicky.

Me encanto! si llega con algo de filo pero necesitas un afilador para antes de usarlo, lo ocupe para cortar ramas gruesas y todo bien, el diseño esta súper, solo el mango siento que al ser de hilos o algo así, no se si dure, pero nada que no pueda solucionar después. buen compra

El machete tiene un excelente filo el cual obtuve con un afilador de la marca SHARPAL 101N, fue la combinacion perfecta de estos doa articulos, lo utilice para cortar ramas un tanto gruesas y sin problema, el material del articuolo es bastante resistente, recomiendo ampliamentr este producto cumple con las expectativas.
