Real suet from the UK
Very interesting little product. It's about 1 cup of pure white pellets coated with a little flour to keep them free flowing. I figure 1/4 cup should be enough for a 9" mincemeat pie. Suet is getting harder and harder to find. This is a pure, odorless suet, ideal for pies and biscuits.

Pricy but essential
This is genuine ATORA. Its from the UK and it is essential if you want to make suet dumplings or suet puddings. You pay for the privilege of getting it here in the US but there is no alternative. Mine was delivered well packaged and with 11 months of "best before" date - this is dried beef fat, it will last forever.

Price was high
It was pricey but unfortunately when you need something you have to pay

Atora beef suet
This suet is essential for the true plum pudding. It improves the flavor and seals the pudding during the aging time when the flavors blend.

ok
I didn't use this for cooking but for a craft project that required suet. Be warned it has a lot of flour mixed in, I assume it is to keep the pieces from sticking together. So it is not a true 200 grams of suet but 170 grams of suet and 30 of flour. not sure how this will affect cooking recipes. Next time I'll get pure from esty or someplace else.
