Love flameless candles and they are all over my house year round. On timers so when darkness falls my house lights up.

These artificial candles seem to be of good quality. They’re a thick plastic so they shouldn’t melt in the sun like wax LED candles. The only problem I had with these was in trying to open the battery compartment (they each take 3 AA’s). When I tried with the first one, I couldn’t get the cover to turn without feeling like it was going to break. When I finally was able to turn the cover, I found there was a thin rubber gasket underneath. I couldn’t see any reason they were necessary so I took them out, and without the gaskets they open and close easily. With the remote you can turn them on and off and choose flickering or not. They don’t have an automatic timer like some candles, so you have to turn them on every night but you can set the number of hours they stay on, and the remote makes it easy. They flicker nicely, and are definitely bright enough. Very happy with these!

Great candles, timers are a cool feature

Initially I loved these candles but they aren’t waterproof! We had drilled holes in the lanterns for drainage and put little “feet” on the bottom of the candles to elevate them yet half of them have died. One came back on once it dried but the switch mechanism rusted and it couldn’t be turned on and off or to set the timer. Only purchase if you are using them in a protected location.

I absolutely love it where you can change the lighting to dimmer or brighter I use it for inside my home on top of the fireplace which has a mirror behind it and absolutely lights up the whole area on top of the fireplace, It lights up the whole room. Absolutely recommend these candles
