Despite the instructions saying that I should use a qualified plumber to fit the tap, I found it fairly easy to do myself. The instructions were easy to follow and even though I suffer from a combination of Aspergers and clumsiness the job didn't take that long. The single lever makes temperature control far easier than my previous unit which had separate levers for hot and cold water. I also find the the spray feature useful for rinsing fruit etc. The tap appears to be good quality and looks more expensive than it was, although as I haven't had it for very long I cannot comment on long term reliability.

Brilliant product. Very sturdy and was easy to fit. High quality and looks great, like the side button to switch between shower and normal flow. Highly recommended.

Good and much cheaper than alternatives The only criticism would be the black pipe isn’t well covered by the chrome so does look as classy as alternatives, but they were much more money so all good.

After my old kitchen tap started dripping constantly, I decided that it was time to replace it. I loved the look of the show-type mixer taps but balked at the price of most of them, so it was with some surprise (and suspicion) that I saw this one on Amazon for the bargain price of £40. I love a good bargain, so decided to grab one. Not being a plumber, I decided to get it professionally fitted, and now six months later I feel qualified to write a review! Putting it quite simply, you wouldn't believe that this tap was so inexpensive; it looks, feels and performs like taps 2-3 times its price. The shower function is an absolute must-have for me now, as it makes doing this like rinsing dishes simple, and rinsing beans and mushrooms (etc.) far easier than before. Would definitely recommend!

A year later spray head blasted off. Compared to more expensive taps if you can have a tap for a year at £30 a tap - cheaper than a more expensive one. Which is pretty self explanatory. Seemed a decent quality though!

Was okay for the first few months and then internal parts started falling apart

This tap seemed quite nice at first. It was fairly easy to fit, and the instructions / documents were fine. The feed hoses were longer than my existing hoses which was a welcome find and made fitting even easier. It looked good, and worked well. The rocker switch was a little stiff and the spray setting never quite switched all the way over unless you held the button (still a constant flow from the non-spray section.) The tap lever-handle was a little stiff and didn't feel plush at all to close, and sometimes left a drip or dribble running unless you pushed it right in. I was prepared to overlook the other shortcomings but unfortunately after two weeks I found a leak from the body of the tap on the underside (not where the hoses meet, but somewhere in the casing,) and also a drip from the where the lever joins the body. I removed and examined the hose fittings just in case, but there was no egress from there at all, it was actually leaking from the body. Luckily Jerome in customer support was helpful and has arranged a full refund even though I no longer have the packaging.

Definitely recommend this tap it’s absolutely perfect and does the job and is way cheaper than B&Q xoxo

After 2 months it started giving low pressure as it can be seen in the video. I took out the head and my pressure was still high. So the head was blocked. Unfortunately there is no way to clean or to replace the filter, so the whole faucet is unusable. I asked the seller, no reply. Its a real good looking faucet, but not worth buying.. I tried to find replacement for the head, the thread that is used is not universal so you cannot use a standard head from a regular kitchen faucet. I am really disappointed and also feel this is a kind of fraud. I hope other users read my review and do not fall in the same trap. update: I managed to remove the filter using a custom tool, the problem is not the outgoing filter but the incoming. I simply used a screwdriver and broke the plastic filter. Now the switch button is not working anymore but at least the water comes out from all holes with decent pressure.
