Great product for applying to a bit of leather or wood to get a good finish on chisels and cutting gouges. Really polishes and gives a good edge when used properly.

I used this product to polish the brass mushrooms on my boat and also the aluminium window frames. Got an instant shine. See the photos. Very happy with this product and it works great. 😊 😊 😊

Decent sized blocks when intact but one of mine was snapped in two - not that it matters but it's not what I expected or wanted. A little padding in the packaging would not break the bank. Not dissatisfied but not leaping forth with ecstacy either. It is what it is - carelessness. Otherwise, although it is a well known brand, it's just a couple of blocks of honing compound, nothing to get emotional or excited about. Does the job like any other brand and at a reasonable price - would be even more reasonable if both blocks were intact. I would repeat the purchase again unless a better offer is found. Two little blocks of compound are not going to get me locked into a brand loyalty agreement. Silverline and some other known brands also do good deals, I noticed.

Whilst I’ve not used this yet, the wax block is clearly high-quality and a good size for using with a standard strop. Packaging was robust and postage rapid. Recommended.

Got this to use on my knife strop and I am impressed with it so far. It applies very easily without needing to heat anything up and goes on nice and even. It works well and does a good job at keeping my blades shaving sharp would recommend.

I’m a knife enthusiast and hobbyist focused on sharpening and restoring blades, and I’ve been very impressed with the SHARPAL 208H polishing compound. The compound itself is high quality and produces a beautiful mirror finish when used with a buffing wheel or polishing setup. Once dialed in, the cutting and finishing performance is extremely consistent and gives professional-level results, especially on knife blades and metal restoration projects. One thing to note: the bar is fairly hard, so applying it directly to a cold buffing wheel can take a little effort. I’ve found that warming it slightly with a heat gun or hair dryer makes it much easier to transfer onto the wheel and significantly improves application. Once on the wheel, it performs exactly as you’d want. It also works exceptionally well on leather strops, loading cleanly and giving excellent edge refinement. The polish and edge clarity I’ve achieved with this compound have been outstanding. Overall, this is a serious polishing compound that delivers professional results at a great value. If you’re into knife sharpening, blade restoration, or fine metal finishing, this is an easy recommendation. Highly recommended.

Den tillfredsställde mina förväntningar och önske mål, när jag valde att köpa den. Gnider in den på läder och polera bort skär egg. Som sen övergår till att skärpa eggen till en nivå som bara var en önskan. Mvh En mycket nöjd köpare

En el vídeo parece ser muy fácil la aplicación en el cuero,pero no lo es tanto,hay que hacer un poco de fuerza y quedan algunas plastas y al pasar el cuchillo en estas algunas se desprenden por completo del cuero,esto se arregla lijando un posible cuero antes de aplicarlo o al aplicarlo del lado rugoso del cuero, sin embargo hace un excelente trabajo puliendo el filo,es super recomendable,es una excelente marca y está a un precio muy bajo 200 es baratísimo para lo que hace y lo que dura,lo volvería a comprar pero considero que durará años al no afilar diario ni muchos cuchillos de todo tipo y navajas.

Funciona muy bien, y por supuesto durará años.
