Great Face Sucker
This is a power level higher than the typical 20 dollar face sucker. When it says Lvl 3/Big Nozzle isn't recommended for the 1st use, BELIEVE IT! I used the 20 dollar vacuums regularly and was a little too cocky, resulting in red marks that went away after 36 hours or so. I'm male. So my skin is thicker... That means this face sucker is the real deal and the suction power should be respected. There is a quick but necessary learning session, it'll take a one session to train your arm to use it properly. I suggest using your free hand to keep your cheeks or thinner skin taut. This is NOT a cure all. This is a very helpful tool to speed up bump recovery and help serums work better. I use mine weekly. Daily routine: 1) silicone face scrubber + gentle everyday foaming cleanser in the shower 2) retinol+salicylic+tree oil+hydro all in one serum 3) face moisturizer After a week of that, some blackheads are ready to be uprooted. I use the vacuum AFTER the gentle cleanser and BEFORE the serum. This way serum goes into the newly unblocked pores to get the desperate treatment they need. Gross but good l thing: I use it on pimples... And half the time they bust, pus and all. Then bleed. It's so gross and results in a red bump. But then the pimple never gets reinfected and disappears far faster than if I leave it be or manually drain it. Again, I'm male with almost-oily skin, so my skin can take a beating. I wouldn't suggest doing this unless you know your skin can tolerate it.

Glowing skin! You 👏🏻 Need 👏🏻 This 👏🏻
I never ever ever write reviews so hopefully this is helpful to someone who’s on the fence about purchasing this product. Sorry in advance if it’s lengthy but it’s worth it. I used to get Hydrafacials monthly. If you know what they are, you know they can get costly. I love that after glow effect you get from Hydrafacials so figured I’d try this product after reading many reviews (including other brands listed on Amazon). There are several mixed reviews with some misleading-but let me tell you- YOU NEED THIS PRODUCT. It really works, if used correctly. A lot of reviewers stated it gave them hickey like marks/bruises on their face. It is a vacuum tool so expect to get broken capillary marks if not used properly. I take care of my skin and research a lot of tools/products/facials prior to purchasing and still got a lot of gunk out of my pores from using this pore extractor. I used a facial steamer with this to make sure my skin was “wet” or had a glide to it so the tool doesn’t stay in one spot for long. If you don’t have a steamer, you can simply wet your face, use a warm towel, apply a serum or use it directly out of the shower while your face is still wet and pores open. While using this, I did experience some redness but it goes away fast. Like within minutes. Again, it is a suction/vacuum like tool so expect some redness. I recommend using on the lowest setting with the smallest tip FIRST on your (clean) hand. Once with your hand dry and again with some water on your hand to get a feel for how it’s used. This is what I did and you will see the difference and how powerful it truly is. If used correctly your skin will have the same effect it does after a Hydrafacials- if not better! I spent A LOT of money on monthly facials. Little did I know there is an inexpensive tool that does the same exact thing. And that can be used more frequently. I wish I took a before and after of my skin to show others but hopefully this review helps!! ✨ Happy squeaky clean glowing skin ✨

Get my facials once a month and I love this for in between. Great for lord
First off, read. The. Directions. I wouldn’t recommend for seriously sensitive skin but it’s very effective. I was embarrassed at how much it was able to remove from my nose alone . Mind you I go for hydra facials id say every other month. AND I own a day spa and receive regular facials every other month alternating with the hydra. This. Product. Works. Extremely high suction power. I can’t fathom any reason to use the level three ( has a three level option for power , 3 being the strongest. And left me with a good mark since I wasn’t using it correctly.) I would say to only use this device after steaming your face first. It’s very important. Also before I use the steamer I use a deep gel cleaner to loosen things up a bit and open the pores. This product can never be on your face and held idly it has to be kept moving or you will have a good welt . I’ve used it a good 6 or 7 times and am astonished how much gunk its able to suck out. Cleanse. Steam and make sure the skin isn’t completely dry. It’s got to have a little moisture on it but very little.

Total waste of money
Just don't bother throwing your money away on this. I thought I have large pores, but not large enough for this thing. How large do my pores need to get for this thing to work? Suction was either too little or way too much to the point where it did nothing but suck skin in like a balloon. Most of the tips at least feel okay, but some actually are quite abrasive, they hurt and leave behind blood streaks... Ouch! Best to just take medications to lower gland oil production over time. This contraption is painful, time consuming, and actually does not work unless you have truly large pores. What your definition of large pores is may also not be right, think bigger than that.

It’s Ok!
This little thing is interesting. It definitely removes dead cells, it helps a little with some black heads but it doesn’t clean completely. I think 3 stars is a fair rating for it. I use it, but I wouldn’t recommend. You can get more out of your skin with other Manila tools. Also using this make sure to always have it in motion or you might bruise yourself.

A Surprising Purchase
I've bought many items for clear skin over the decades. I debated about trying this ... Was it another gimmick? Would it really work? Bottom line? I love this device. My skin feels great after use. Things I've learned to make this effective for my skin - DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU HAVE 12-24 HOURS FOR RECOVERY THE FIRST TIME. I misused it the first time, and had red splotches. I didn't realize my skin is as fragile as it is. I also held the device too long over single areas. Those and the level 3 suction I used was so strong it ripped my skin. So ... 1. Follow the Directions Begin with a level 1 or 2 power level - Not a level 3. Do not hold in one spot for more than a few seconds. Move the device across the skin as directed. 2. Be especially careful if you have fragile skin (e.g. postmenopausal) 3. Do steam/wash face, and re-dampen skin if needed during use. 4. I like using a skin replenishing product after use. Having learned what others have also said - I love this device. It doesn't have a dramatic sort of action (unless used the wrong way), but regular use leaves my skin much clearer, softer and brighter than it was before I bought it. I've yet to experiment with the different size nozzles to work on fine lines, but that is definitely planned as well.

Made my skin feel better
I don't really have a skin routine and someone that I admire from a show I watched has an amazing skin care regimen. He used a product similar to this and so I figured I'd give it a try. I'm not 100% sure I used it right, it did take a long time for me to fell like I'd finished my face, after I was done though my face felt clear, smooth and soft. it didn't look to me like it took any black heads or anything from my skin. It did do a wonderful job of cleaning me of all the dead skin that was on my face that I didn't even know was there though. I've used scrubs and stuff before, but the thing is you're just rubbing it around and stuff. This thing sucks it right off your face no chemicals needed. Just some water and your face will feel like new. I didn't have bruising or anything, though I do have sensitive skin. I used the highest function and it pretty much just looked like I had fallen asleep with my face on something that night for a day or so. I hear the effects don't happen after your face gets used to it though, so what better time than quarantine? lol

Not for sensitive skin!
I wanted to get rid of blackheads, and I read the instructions and chose the nozzle that I thought would work best. I understood to keep moving the device around my face, not back and forth, etc, but the second it touched my face the skin was sucked in and it was too hard to move around. I had a red hickey and some bleeding. If I had tried moving the vacuum around any more I'm afraid I would have ripped skin. I switched to a lighter nozzle and stuck with the lowest setting and was able to move it around ok, but I am disappointed that only one setting will be useful. I'd rather pop my own zits/blackheads!
