I would love to give this 5 stars as it tastes amazing. I bought a huge 32ounce glass bottle I loved it so much . I came back to buy it again. Until I realized as I read the item description here that this contains PROPELYNE GLYCOL ???!!! I am so disappointed and confused as to why it says “ PURE EXTRACT” Rum. I was using this daily in my coffee and in my homemade coconut milk . Homemade pudding ,Ice cream for the ninja creami . I have pre existing serious health issues and do not need any more problems .am beside myself that I somehow missed this . I eat a very limited specific diet and as a result take no medications despite having late stage Lyme disease and multiple co infections and severeal autoimmune diseases. These extracts gave me so much joy everyday and helped me enjoy the highly restrictive way of eating I must adhere to in order to function at a sub optimal level. So I began doing research to find another brand not containing propolyne glycol . Oddly , in my search Cooks pure rum extract pops up . I think I will just stick to pure vanilla extract for now as I already have tried many other brands before discovering Cooks and except for the vanilla, none compared and I’m exhausted for now as well as it is expensive to take such chances as this items are non returnable . Now I just realized the huge bottle of coffee extract I recently purchased , for coffee ice cream also has Propolyne glycol as the description states clearly on the amazon website page . I am disappointed and cannot believe how I could have overlooked this . As I write this my small 4 fl ounce bottle of rum extract does not say it contains propylene glycol. As well as the32 fl ounce bottle does not say it contains propylene glycol. Yet the item description here on this amazon page says propylene glycol. The photos i included were from the pure rum extract and the coffee extract I have purchased this year . Hopefully this is a misunderstanding . I came here to purchase another 32 fl ounce bottle of the rum extract. I will wait for now . Surely this is an error of some kind ,hopefully. I would love some clarification,feedback from COOKS. As I was a very happy ,loyal customer and am Loved the little bit of joy this sprinkled on my day. UPDATE: So I went on Cooks official website. I contacted and spoke w/ a very helpful representative. The flavors :Almond,Vanilla ( except alcohol free ),Coffee,Banana,Coconut,Chocolate,and Maple Do not contain propylene Glycol. I was told the amount of propylene glycol used in the other products is so minute like a table spoon per a gallon , I don’t remember the specific amount to be exact. They also said they have no control of what goes on at amazon. That the only seller they deal with directly is MAJOR GOODS . I am overjoyed to have gotten to the bottom of this . Also some of the items are less on their website than amazon . Cooks offers free shipping. ✨🙏🏼✨

This hazelnut oil is clear and has a great hazelnut flavor. I have been ordering Taster's Choice instant hazelnut coffee for years through Amazon and it is no longer being made or carried. I bought this Cook's hazelnut oil flavoring. Other brands have had a metallic or horrid aftertaste, thereby ruining the initial hazelnut flavor. Cook's has no aftertaste at all. It is pure heaven. I can now make my instant coffee with a greathazelnut flavor. I highly recommend Cook's hazelnut oil flacoring.

I really like this extract. It’s really good in my mocha coffee. I haven’t baked with it yet but I think it would be excellent in anything with chocolate just to elevate the depth. I think it would probably be amazing in a hot chocolate as well The best homemade mocha: Coffee 1/2 & 1/2 1 scoop Ancestral Nutrition chocolate collagen powder A small splash of Cooks chocolate extract (small…it’s pretty potent) A pinch of sea salt Sweetener of choice—I use stevia Use a frother and enjoy. This has been my go to this season vs my usual pumpkin spiced latte…..and I’m not even a chocolate person. It’s that good.

Made fudge last night with it - THE BEST MAPLE EXTRACT!!

I was honestly surprised by how big this bottle is! Should last me a long time, probably longer than I’ll need, but that’s not a bad thing. The cinnamon flavor is really strong and authentic, much better than the usual stuff I’ve used before. I’ve been using it in baking and for making candy, and it gives such a nice punch of flavor. The price was great for how much you get, and it’s all natural which is a nice bonus. Definitely happy with this purchase and will keep using it in a bunch of recipes.

This hazelnut flavor plus vanilla extract and half and half makes creamers just as good as store bought with a lot less ingredients and healthier. Only need one tablespoon, so it lasts a while.

I love this extract. It adds a sweet warmth to everything I put it in. It smell strongly of bourbon, but as the alcohol burns off with any extract, it leaves behind an almost brown sugar/maple flavor profile. It's about medium, to medium high strength. I use about 2-3 teaspoons per baked good or syrup. It's just as easy to use as any extract. I think maybe it could be helpful if a dropper was included. It's a great price for how much you get, especially in the bigger bottles. It's a specialty extract, so I don't mind paying more. It's a beautiful quality. I would say, however that I have received a shipment of this with the outside of the bottle wet, which I thought was due to the seal breaking, but upon further inspection, I'm not sure what caused it as the seal was still intact.

Enough extract to make a couple of gallons of craft root beer!

Tastes great. However, due to horrible packaging, most of the bottles leaked during transit. I like the product, but I would never purchase from this seller again.
