Is this thin enough to put on a light box and trace over it?

I don’t fully understand the question but I can tell you that the paper is really not transparent. I can’t imagine being able to trace anything. It’s beautiful paper though. Soft and looks vintage! I love it.

I have used it for Lino printing... I am not a professional so not sure if it is the right paper to use but I liked it :-)
