That’s an old plane but as long as it has a Spektrum DSM receiver, it will work fine.

Can you use it for a RC twin otter

Yes it would work, BUT if your planning on staying with it and buying other planes I would suggest looking at the Nx6 or Nx8. Yes more money but also alot more room for growth and more options on the radio themselves.
