While I've never been a "supplements person" in that I've always put food choices far above supplements, I have experimented with many vitamins, herbs, etc. over the last forty-plus years. During that time, only three supplements have had a completely unambiguous, wholly positive effect in a matter of a few days. This is one of them. After the first week or two I was pretty sure i could feel relief from my horrible brain fog due to long Cvd. I went through the first bottle and bought a second. I am now unsure of real affects or placebo affect. Very hard to tell even if you are aware in advance. I will not be buying more
