Boy oh boy does this heat up. It took a week to get use how much of product to use. At the end of the week, I noticed the stubborn fat was loose and easier to burn off. Add drinking 100oz water and the fat is coming off. Coworkers have all noticed. I'm rebuying the liter bottle.

I first purchased on Amazon back in 2021 I want to say. It took me a while to finish it but I did. I saw that it comes in a pump form now and I decided to purchase again. I use it when I am walking, before or after working out on the bike. It does get hot! A little goes a long way. If you want to feel more heat you need to use more product.

I don't know if it works for pain but I use it for weight loss and it's one of the better creams I'm found. It does get hot and you only need to use a little. I use it with a wrap but you don't have to but it does help you sweat more. I use this for several years I did the research and it works.

Some People says that this cream is too spacy but I didn't feel nothing, jut made me sweat A LOT! loving it. ordering more.

I rarely write reviews but I thought I would share one for this product. It was creamy and cold when I first applied as I started working out i felt it go hot by the end of my 30 min workout I wanted to rip of my waist trainer and the plastic wrap I had on. When I took of the wrap my skin was extremely red and it hurt. It took over an hour for the redness to go away. Won’t be using again. Not worth the uncomfortableness and the pain!

MODERATION! PLEASE DONT GO OVER TWO- TO ONE PUMP. If you activate it with water? Makes it ten times worse and thats entirely my fault for trying to wash it off. And now I have burns running up my arm and down my thighs as the capsaicin travelled and spread. Please let me be a cautionary tale that this stuff is NO JOKE- and INCREDIBLY REACTIVE
