I have been replacing my home CAT 5 / CAT 6 now with all CAT 8. I'm very happy with the performance of the CAT 8 as a replacement and the price is really reasonable. Prior, I have seen where negotiation for 1000 Mbps was dropping down to 100 Mbps at times between my wired devices (wired network switches and client NIC's). After replacing to CAT 8, No Issues keeping the connections at 1000 Mbps (100% stable at 1000 Mbps). I would definitely recommend CAT 8 for your home wired connection (if it's in your budget). The CAT8 also allows for future wired device speed upgrades too; 40,000 Mbps too (40 Gbps) and will best support WIFI 7 switches.

I have the full speed of the router. i am using with these cables. They are long enough that I can move the Wifi router around to get a better signal.

Plugged it in all properly and the speed is only 90mbps even though I have gigabyte speed internet and another computer wired with with a different brand cat7 cord that gets consistently 850-1200mbps... this cable is not good to use at all i am returning this asap

Tengo contratado 200 mbps y recibo la maxima velocidad, el cable puede torcerse a la hora de desenrollarlo y siento que 20 grapas son insuficientes, deberian ser 30 por lo menos.
