Nice solid bracelet

For the price this bracelet is excellent value for money it is solid with a nice design although in my personal opinion I think it’s more suitable for men I felt it was just a tad too big for my wrist, overall very nice item. Sadly for the reasons stated I am returning it.

Improved my pain

These are so much better than the plain copper bracelets I got last time. They do not lose their colour or get rusty. I have noticed a slight difference and have less pain in my hands but obviously I still get the pain if I’ve overdone it on exercise. Great quality and it easy to put on and resize. Very sturdy.

Not for me

This item is not bad looking but I didn’t really feel the benefits it claimed to have. It also got green and grubby really quickly despite me cleaning it regularly. I know copper does this and if the benefits were there I’d be ok with the upkeep but it just wasn’t worth it to me so I’ve stopped using it. Size was ok and it was easy enough to adjust to my wrist. Material is durable but the upkeep made it difficult to use.
