As Rufus indicated others have mentioned the mixing bag can break and mine did. I dumped the contents into a small bucket and mixed with the kneading action mentioned on the label. I applied with my hand covered with a non porous glove to about an 1/8th inch. I note that it does set up fast and you really need to work quickly. I was able to apply the entire contents and get back the swirls that disappeared from the leveling patch. It looks great and time will tell about the durability. I am hoping the concrete bonding agent will assist with a long life for this repair. Just mix in the right amount of water, stir for a few minutes until it hardens, and then apply. Work fast because it does dry very quickly. The bad: I needed a lot of product (ended up buying 3 bags) to fix what I didn't think was a huge job. I placed two separate orders: one order came with the plastic applicator, but the second did not. While I like the idea of mixing everything in the resealable bag, it was less messy and worked much better when I cut out a portion of a plastic gallon milk jug, poured the powder in there, added water, and then stirred. Finally, I found adding a little more water than they suggest worked much better. I would definitely buy the powder again, but I would highly recommend using my improvised milk jug solution over their suggested mix-in-bag approach.
