## Questions & Answers

**Q: I just bought this in January 2021 and the heater has already stopped working.  Amazon says it is passed the normal return date.  Will you replace ?**
A: Amazon gave me a refund for that exact problem because I am a frequent customer. I just had to call the customer service line.

**Q: How do I clean the lumbar pillow?**
A: The cover of our pillow is made of PU leather, just wipe with a damp towel. And the memory foam inner cannot be washed.

**Q: are there replacement control units available?**
A: Amazon will usually replace the entire unit once as a courtesy, they did with mine.  But then the replacement one broke and I was SOL. They just keep breaking.  I gave up. Sorry doesn't answer your question but this has been my experience.

**Q: Can you use just the heat, without the vibration?**
A: Yes, you can use just the heat. But for me the heat only worked for two months before breaking. The vibration kept working though.
